Established in May 2007, the company has gained a strong reputation for managing properties, offering professional advice to both landlords and tenants putting them at ease with a team of experienced and qualified staff. From landlord to tenant, the company always act in the interest of their customers.

The director of the company, Carla Mulvaney is knowledgeable in company procedure and all staff have extensive knowledge of the area and aim to provide customers with the highest level of service.
Wilsons Lettings Ltd. offer a bespoke service to our Landlords with a free rental valuation and discussion of all aspects of letting.

All applicants are thoroughly referenced in order to provide landlords with quality tenants.

We are a member of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) scheme, which demands high standards from its members. Probably the most significant aspect as far as clients are concerned, is that we are fidelity bonded with Client Money Protect (CMP) obliging us to keep all landlords’ and tenants’ monies in separate bank accounts and to have Professional Indemnity insurance. In addition to this, we are members of the DPS, an authorised organisation protecting tenants’ deposits and providing an independent dispute resolution service.
